Custom Orders: Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is an issue with the craftsmanship.
Should you wish to return a faulty item please email hello@hushtoys.shop and we will send over the information needed in order to process the return. Please note, a photo of the faulty item will also need to be provided.
